My name is Lara De Agostini and I am an Indipendent ski instructor in Val d'Isère. With over 15 years of experience, I am able to offer top quality ski lessons to children and adults in Val d'Isère, Tignes and Courchevel, giving you an unforgettable 360° experience of the beautiful Espace Killy and 3 Vallées ski domains. Ski lessons available in English, Russian, French, Spanish and Italian.

I started skiing at the age of three and since then I have been skiing all my life. I grew up ski racing GS, Slalom and Super G around the Alps up to National and International level. Teaching skiing gives me a chance to share this passion with other people and introduce them to the same love for the mountains that I feel.

My career as ski instructor started after a bad skiing related injury that ended my racing career. Coming back from the injury has given me a completely different and innovative approach to skiing. Experiencing the mental and physical difficulties of getting back on my skis has brought me closer to those people that don't ski every day, from beginners, through to advanced skiers. I have now been teaching and coaching skiing for 9 years internationally, adding to the technical knowledge I gained from racing an attentive psychological approach.

I teach all different levels and ages of skiers, offering tailored lessons to suit children, women and men on a one to one or group basis. Priority access to lift queues guaranteed.

Italian is my mother tongue but thanks to my studies, I speak fluent English and French and advanced Russian. I attended school in the US and have a University degree in English and Russian language and cultures. I qualified as a ski instructor through the BASI (British Association of Snowsport Instructors) and the Italian systems. I hold the full French Equivalence and Carte Professionelle. I have been living in France for the past 10 years. I can speak basic Spanish.
